About Me

Cokie Booth combines her many years of real estate experience with her continuing education to provide quality real estate services. She is a“Senior’s Real Estate Specialist”, a Certified Residential Specialist and a Graduate of the Realtor Institute. As a Certified Real Estate Broker, Cokie knows what it takes to provide quality real estate services to her clients.

Cokie, originally from Palmdale, California, still has close ties with family and friends there. She attended Antelope Valley College, Clark County Community College and UNLV. Cokie has worked for Ben Swatt, CPA, Estimator for Minghelli Pools & Concrete, Marketing Manager for Ticor Title and Materials Manager for St. Rose Dominican Hospital.

She gives her time and support to serving:

• On the Professional Standards Board for the GLVAR of Nevada
• As Planning Commissioner for the City of Boulder City
• On the Board of Cosmetology for the State of Nevada

Cokie's husband Les is retired and his favorite hobby is riding his Harley. Cokie has four children: Tim, Kim, Kenny and Augie. Her husband Les has two daughters: Connie and Chris. Together, Cokie and Les have 9 grandchildren and believe the most wonderful part of of being a parent is becoming a grandparent.

At the end of her day the best part is going home to her dogs Mr. Pi, Miss Lena, and Diamond, who are her love and joy. Miss Lena, a 4 pound Chihuahua, is her most recent addition to the family.
